Trescowe is ideally situated for guests wishing to visit all areas of
Cornwall and indeed parts of Devon and Dartmoor too ......
All destinations are within easy reach by car and for those who would prefer to leave the car behind, the main train line running down to Penzance and up to Plymouth, is just down the road.....

The smaller locations are all covered by our local bus service....
just 100 yards to our local bus stop.
If you prefer to walk, the near by beach of Par
with its golden sand and safe shallow water is the ideal way to while
away a relaxing day, or the village lake with its wood and wildlife marshlands is just across the road.....
The stunning south coastal path is just a few minutes drive away,
with lovely walks in both directions......
For those who prefer to soak up the sun and relax,
some of Cornwalls most beautiful coves and beaches
are also within easy reach by car.....
The famous Eden Project is just a six minute drive and is well worth a visit and if you enjoy the gardens, The Lost Gardens of Heligan and Lanhydrock are both just a short distance away.
If you prefer the quaint Cornish villages, Fowey is close at hand, or the picturesque working fishing village of Mevagissey is around a 20 minute drive. The historic port of Charlestown famous for its tall ships is around a 5 minute drive as is the nearby town of St Austell.
Pubs, restaurants, takeaways, post office, bank and supermarket are all within easy strolling distance or a couple of minutes by car.
For those of you who are a little more energetic, the Saints Way, Eden Project and South West Coast cycle and footpaths, virtually adjoin the house.
For those that are interested in a game of golf, there are several courses all within just a fifteen minute drive,

Lostwithiel, Duporth, Polruan, Golant, Little Hell, Polkerris Cove, Menabilly Cove, Luxulyan Valley, Cornish Clay Museum and St Austell Brewery (free beer!).
