We have created three en-suite double bedrooms,
all first floor overlooking the lake or gardens.
Guests have dedicated use of their own separate (shared with other guests) kitchen, dining room, conservatory lounge and a quiet lounge.
Outside joining the conservatory is our large decked patio, the large summerhouse and gas barbecue for
al fresco dining should you wish.
All for your use to come and go as you please, eat the food you want,
stir in the morning and eat in the evening when YOU want to,
not at regulated times, or eat out, the choice is yours.
Laze about indoors or in the gardens, go touring, walk, cycle,
bus or train around Cornwall,
whatever takes your fancy.
We supply our guests with a continental style breakfast......
just help yourself when you choose to stir.
Tea, coffee, filtered water just help yourself at anytime.
Feel free to use the kitchen as your own if you wish to eat in at anytime. Please bring your own specialities.
We have no alcohol license too much b....y paperwork.
Please bring your own, or, you are welcome to drink ours and
replace with like.
We supply all bedding, towels, bathrobes and household linen,
all we suggest you bring with you are beach towels.....
As we wish to make your stay as relaxing as possible, adults only please and we regret we are unable to accommodate your pets.
We have two small 'people' friendly terrier dogs who are unfortunately very territorial to other four-legged invaders.
We are very relaxed and have minimum house rules.....
treat and respect as your own.
No smoking indoors please (not a moralist, I enjoy a small cigar
myself despite her indoors constant nagging and appreciate they do smell, so have built my smoking porch at the side entrance and have outbuildings and isolated sheltered spots).
Only other is soft shoes indoors please, as we have spent many thousands on carpets and refurbishing bedrooms.
We have no stars, circles or tourist board rating, we all know how accurate they are and you have to buy them!
We let you be the judge.
Now re-opening for our fourth full year, thankyou all who visited us last year, especially for the many rebookings, never made any money but thoroughly enjoyed it.
